Privacy Policy

We are a small home-based coffee business in Larkana. This page describes, plainly, what we collect and why. We do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

• To deliver your order — your name, phone number, delivery address, area, any note you leave for the barista, and what you ordered.
• If you pay by transfer — the receipt screenshot you upload and, optionally, the transaction ID.
• If you leave feedback — your rating and message.

We do not collect card numbers, CNIC, or your date of birth. We will never ask for your wallet PIN, password or OTP — anyone asking for those while claiming to be us is not us.

Why we keep it

To make your order, get it to the right address, call you if something is unclear, confirm a payment, and keep our own sales records. That is all.

Where it is stored

Orders and feedback are held in a Supabase database. Payment receipts go into a private storage bucket that the public cannot read — only signed-in Brew You staff can open one, through a link that expires after five minutes.

Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers, until you place the order.

Who can see it

Only Brew You staff. Our database rules are set so that visitors to the site can create an order but cannot read anyone else's — including their own, once submitted.

Two third parties see technical requests when you load the site: Google Fonts (for typefaces) and jsDelivr (for a script), both of which receive your IP address as any website request does. Neither receives your order details.

Published feedback

Feedback is private by default. Nothing appears publicly on the site unless we approve it, and we only ever show the first name and the message — never your phone number, address or order details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our accounts. Payment receipts are deleted once the payment is confirmed and settled, and we do not need them any more.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your details — except where we must keep a basic sales record. Message @brewyou.
